Complaints and Grievances

If any member of staff or trainee has a grievance in any matter concerning the college it is important that the matter is dealt with as soon as possible. If the problem can not be dealt with by a member of staff then one of the Principals is to be informed as soon as possible. The Principal in question will follow through the problem in order that a solution may be found. For trainees on a Skills Funding Agency sponsored course, if no solution can be found then the Skills Funding Agencyl will be the next point of contact in order to resolve the situation.

In the event of a complaint that can not be solved with Paignton Sec Info Tech Training Centre Ltd, if the issue concerns Apprenticeships then the learner should contact the relevant awarding body.
